How long does the logo design process take?
Standard delivery is 7 to 10 working days from brief sign-off. Initial concepts are delivered within 3-4 days, then revisions take another 3-5 days depending on feedback turnaround.
Will the logo be designed by a human or AI?
All logos are designed by senior human designers. We use AI tools for mood boards and inspiration but never deliver AI-generated logos as final output — they create copyright risks and trademark conflicts.
Will my logo be unique and trademark-safe?
Yes. Before final delivery, we run a trademark pre-check against the UAE Ministry of Economy IP database to flag any potential conflicts. We also recommend formal trademark registration as a separate service (AED 4,500 government plus service fee).
What if I do not like any of the initial concepts?
This is rare because we calibrate to your brief, but if all 3 initial concepts miss the mark, we provide 3 additional concepts at no extra cost in most cases. If a complete restart is needed, that is available at 50% of the package fee.
Do I own the logo and all the files?
Yes. After final delivery, you own 100% of the logo and all source files (AI, PNG, SVG, PDF). We transfer full ownership. We retain the right to feature the design in our portfolio unless you specifically request confidentiality.
Can I get an Arabic version of my logo?
Yes. Arabic logo lockup is included if your brand name has an Arabic version. We work with Arabic typographers to ensure the Arabic logotype matches the visual weight and style of the English version.
Can I bundle this with a website?
Yes. Bundled with our Business Website Development (AED 6,500), the combined package is AED 8,500 instead of AED 9,000 — a AED 500 saving plus consistent design across logo and website.
